Climate Smart Agriculture and Development Cooperation: donor’s perspective and assessment tools training course

Registration is now open for the “Climate Smart Agriculture and Development Cooperation: donor’s perspective and assessment tools” training course, that will be held in Legnaro (Padua), Italy, from 6th to 8th of June 2016.
It aims to enhance the knowledge of development cooperation practitioners and consultants on Climate Finance and Climate Smart Agriculture objectives and generate the capacities to appraise climate change mitigation potentials of “Agriculture, Forestry and Other Land Use” (AFOLU) projects and programmes using EX-Ante Carbon-balance Tool (EX-ACT).
Online registration is open until 14th of May 2016 and a maximum of 25 participants will be accepted according to CV and expressed motivation.
The course is organized by ETIFOR in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and hosted by the Dept. TESAF (Land, Environment, Agriculture and Forestry) of the University of Padua.
