Brief description:  The OG activity is divided into WPs divided into further actions set on an interactive management method. The actions of the project are summarized as follows: WP1 "plan and do" and WP2 "check and action". The main action consists on: comparison between partners for setting the activities; involvement of public and private property; analysing and plan the basic platform architecture; software development of the experimental platform with participation and control of all OG partners. The last action consists on involving public and private property and structuring stakeholders for the implementation of the platform manager and the creation of dedicated applications
